This is a really superb directory software, which unfortunately has a few critical bugs in it. First the good stuff - It's easy to configure. It has (touch wood) not bee attached by spam bots too badly. It has plenty of anti-spam features. It has loads of other features, and loads of configurability to suit the way you want it to work.
Now the bad stuff - there's a bug in the "Add" page, which means that when people click on "Add", they either can't add to the directory at all, or it doesn't recognise the category they want to add to!!! A pretty fatal flaw really. However if you have the very bare minimum php expertise you can look at the script and it's pretty obvious what's wrong. I can't remember now exactly what it was, but I fixed it in about 2 minutes flat.
Another great feature if you search for addons, you will find a handy piece of javascript that you can add to your favourites on your browser, which will enable you to then visit other sites and scrape their content into an instant entry into the directory. That's a great way to get your directory off to a start.
