Crafty Syntax is far from pretty in it's standard form, but the graphic design is dead easy to customise. You just create two jpeg images - one for your site button and one for your pop-up invite.
We installed it on the following site: Marketing Agency and found that it worked really well, increasing conversions and also helping us to understand who our visitors are and how well the site is serving them.
It installed easily and runs without problems. I would definitely recommend it.
